Prospective students and staff members flocked to learn more about Summit Academy – Columbus at the Columbus Back to Schol Bash & Fam Jam. Held August 2 at Goodale Park, the event featured more than 90 community exhibitors.
Funded by the Summit Educational Foundation, the Summit Academy – Columbus table was hosted by Administrative Assistant Mackenzie Bogaards, Principal Cheryl Elliott, IEP Coordinator Amber Kenawell and Behavior Specialist Rebecca
St. Clair. They exuded school pride as they sported matching Summit Academy T-shirts.
“It was so great to have families and future team members stop by our booth, and even better that we could share our mission of creating a truly welcoming, supportive learning environment,” says Principal Elliott. “Moments like these are a powerful reminder of why we’re so passionate about the work we do at Summit Academy – Columbus.”
