Notice of Public Auction – Sale of School Property by the Summit Academy
Community School – Painesville
Notice ls hereby given that the Governing Authority of the Summit Academy Community School – Painesville (the “Governing Authority’) will offer for sale at public auction used school supplies and equipment (the Property) no longer needed due to the School’s closure. The public auction for the Property will be conducted online at www.publicsurplus.com Thursday, August 10, 2023, sale ends Sunday August 20, 2023 with removal of items by appointment, no later than August 30, 2023, Method of Sale. The public auction for the property will be conducted and all bids and payments related thereto shall be made in accordance with and subject to the auction conditions listed on www.publicsurplus.com. The Property may be offered in bulk, in lots or by the piece, or some combination thereof, and the Governing Authority reserves the right to add or remove items of property offered. The types of Property being offered consists of View Sonic Boards, Desk Tops, Keyboards, Cords, Chromebooks, Chromebook Carts, Computers, Computer Accessories, Probooks, Ipads, Martial Arts Equipment, Curriculum, Library Books, School supplies, games, and other miscellaneous items.
Summit Academy Painesville serves students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our teachers and instructional assistants are all highly qualified and follow the curriculum established by the State of Ohio.
