Summit Academy Management and the regional schools are striving to reward employees for achieving corporate goals and fulfilling the mission statement of the company: to provide a structured safe haven for alternative learners and deliver highly specialized curriculum designed to engage children where they are developmentally.
Lisa Ihnat, the IEP Coordinator at Warren Elementary proved herself to be a great asset to the Summit Academy family. In the 2015-2016 school year, Lisa was the only IEP Coordinator in the state of Ohio to have all Medicaid Parent Consent forms turned in and to have had zero ProgressBook/ DASL errors each and every week.
Lisa ensures all services billed for Medicaid-eligible students are reimbursed and brings in funds for her school. Lisa is focused on compliance, pays attention to small details, and has good data reporting for her building.
Lisa works diligently and attentively. She meets every deadline given and seeks opportunities to not only grow in her position but to help others grow in theirs. Thank you, Lisa for being a great example for your staff and students, as well as management! Keep up the great work!
